Rarity means something is rare. There are often whisky bottlings, which are only difficult to obtain. In many cases it's a special vintage/age, extraordinary taste or bottlings of a closed distillery.

Whisky may therefore be a valuable investment and isn't it you can even enjoy it yourselfs. But attention - not every whisky bottle is worth more in a few years! As usual, also here the demand determines the price. In this case, the quality, the taste and the number of bottles are very important for collectors and enthusiasts. An investment in these noble spirit requires extensive knowledge, patience and probably also pleasure for this noble spirit.
